Wow, we have a lot of pictures of our fun trip to CA for Christmas! Let's start with part one...
We hopped in the car, stopped at Smashburger on the way over the mountain, and then McDonald's in Grand Junction late at night to get the kids' wiggles out. We really enjoyed listening to "Dewey the Library Cat" on CD!

Mom, Dad, the boys, and I walked down to Broadway Park and stopped along the way out in front of the old Comstock home place where Grandma Seelye's Dad Arnold and his sister Elizabeth (Aunt Boo Boo) grew up. Aunt Boo Boo sold it to Uncle Ed & Aunt Luanne eventually. There's an old ring out in front where people used to tie up their horses!

We have had many a birthday party at Broadway Park growing up, and loved performing on this stage so we enjoyed it again with the boys.

We walked uptown to Winchell's for donuts one morning. Fun to get the whole uptown Whittier experience together. Many a walk I've had with friends and family to uptown!
We had such a nice get-together at Kim & Cory's house. So nice catching up with dear Granada friends!
Breakfast at Grammy and Poppa's was so nice. Here Grammy was hearing all about Garrett's new camera.
So fun to get taken into the backyard orchard to pick limes!
Abby invited us over for some fellowship, dirt-digging and swinging fun!
